1) Returns or damages

Dealer/customer must check the products on delivery within 48 hour and inform Showtime if there is any damage to the goods delivered.

If dealer has a claim please send:-

  • provide photo or video of the product and the issue which occurred
  • send photo of the product label
  • comments about situation occurred
  • email all this information: service@sho.ie
  • send a copy to your area manager

If you order incorrect product the following restocking charges apply:-

  • Twenty-five percent apply for returns in good and a resellable condition
  • Fifty percent plus applies to goods returned in damaged boxes and in a non resellable condition

2) Delivery terms

  • Stock items can be delivered within 2-5 working days
  • Non-stock items can be delivered:
Brand Non-stock normal delivery terms
Falmec up to 3 months
Blanco up to 1 month
Barazza up to 3 months
Lacanche up to 4-8 months
Signature Up to 4 months
